Jobo 1 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to all reservations booked at Jobo 1, Reserva Conchal. By confirming a stay, you agree to these terms.
2. Cancellation Periods & Refunds

More than 30 days before check-in:
Full refund of the accommodation fee, minus any non-refundable service or transaction fees. -
14–30 days before check-in:
50 % refund of the accommodation fee. -
Less than 14 days before check-in (including no-shows):
No refund. The full accommodation fee is retained.
Example: For a stay on August 15–18:
Cancel by July 16 → full refund.
Cancel July 16–31 → 50 % refund.
Cancel on or after August 1 → no refund.
3. Early Departures
No refunds or credits are issued for shortened stays or early check-outs.
4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of USD 300 (or equivalent in CRC) is held at booking.

It is released in full within 7 days after checkout—provided no damage, extra cleaning, or missing items are noted.
5. Non-Refundable Fees

Cleaning fee: USD ___ (as stated at booking) is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g. Stripe) are non-refundable.
6. How to Cancel
To cancel, please:

Log in to your Webookings portal at https://jobo1reservaconchal.com.

Select your reservation and click Cancel Reservation.

Or email info@jobo1reservaconchal.com with your name, booking reference, and cancellation request.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
7. Exceptions & Force Majeure
In case of government travel bans or natural disasters affecting Costa Rica, please contact us at info@jobo1reservaconchal.com. We will review your case and may offer a full or partial refund, a credit toward a future stay, or a one-time booking change.
