Our website address is: https://jobo1reservaconchal.com. We operate and maintain this site in order to offer booking and information services for Jobo 1, a private luxury condo in Reserva Conchal, Costa Rica.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form (name, email, comment text), plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you have a profile image; see https://automattic.com/privacy/ for Gravatar’s policy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture (if available) will be public next to your comment.
Media
If you upload images to our site (for example, when submitting photos in special-requests fields), please avoid embedding location data (EXIF GPS) in those files. Visitors to the website can download and extract any embedded location data from images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

How long we retain your data

Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely to recognize and auto-approve any follow-ups.

Registered users (if applicable) retain their profile information until they delete their account. Administrators can also edit or delete any user’s data.

Booking records (your name, dates, preferences) are stored for up to two years for customer-service and promotional purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of all personal data we hold about you, including anything you have provided.

You can also request that we erase any of your personal data (except data we must keep for legal or security reasons).
